Your tasksTake over the preparation, planning and implementation of the installation of IT measures (from small measures to new branch openings)Coordinate with internal departments and service providers on a project-related basisPlan, commission, monitor and accept IT measures from external service providersCarry out IT checks/updates on a regular basis in the locations to be supported regionallyInstall IT equipment yourself, ensure commissioning and support your colleagues on site with advanced error analyzes and emergencies
Responsibilities + Skills
High willingness to travel and stay overnight within the assigned area of operation (also nationally if necessary) as well as flexibility in terms of working hours (partially adapted to branch opening times, installation work but also possible at night/Saturdays/Sundays)
Education
Strong personal responsibility and independent way of workingHigh comprehension as well as analytical thinking and judgment skills, coupled with strong communication skills and the ability to deal with conflict
