The additive manufacturing process LPBF has taken a firm place in industrial production in recent years. In our 'Laser Powder Bed Fusion' department we concentrate on various research areas in order to expand the geometric possibilities and the selection of materials as well as to increase the productivity and quality of the components.  What you do with us You will take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the application development team and coordinate the various work tasks for the individual team membersYour tasks include working on day-to-day project work, leading projects with technical/scientific topics and coordinating the project manager and team to the appropriate tasksAs head of the application development team, you monitor and set financial and technical goals and determine measures within the team. In addition, you share responsibility for achieving goalsYou are responsible for the external presentation of your team's service offerings   What you bring with you You have completed a master's degree (TH, TU, U) in the field of mechanical engineering, physics, materials technology or a comparable course of studyIn-depth knowledge of (industrial) additive manufacturing and its use in various fields of applicationExperience in acquiring and managing research and industrial projectsA responsible and structured way of working as well as open and team-oriented communicationVery good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite
