Your main responsibilitiesProcess-oriented, policy-compliant, timely and correct processing of the assigned claims and the tasks arising within the scope of the field of activity, in particular using the operational systems in use and observing the defined service standards and benchmarksGuideline-compliant and optimal application of the operational systems in use, in particular the collection manager including DASY and NOS (partner data), Orinoco, LLP ToolGeneration of adequate incoming payments from the assigned receivables portfolio, taking into account cost-benefit aspects and the field of activity (payment agreement, correspondence with lawyers, support of insolvency proceedings, initiation of foreclosures, initiation and support of contentious proceedings)Appropriate and guideline-compliant decisions within the scope of the granted powers (e.g. for waivers/settlements)
