Job descriptionYou are responsible for the conclusion-oriented advice of the customers looked after by the team and those assigned to you individually. You independently process the appointments you have arranged yourself and those set up from the advice and call center.Your focus is on needs-based advice and the sale of banking products (accounts, cards, building savings, deposits) as well as products for other relevant needs (consumer financing, pension provision). In addition, you can advise on simple investment needs on a voluntary basis.You have your own credit expertise for personal loans and IDD certification, if applicable AnsFuG certification, and take into account the quality requirements in the credit and pension business.You awaken customer needs by applying the standardized advisory processes and successfully close them or routinely pass them on to specialists (especially for building financing).You actively address your customers about digital services (e.g. online/mobile banking) and knowledgeably convey the advantages of the bank's digital features to customers. You are constantly developing your specialist know-how. Your skills and experienceYou have completed training as a bank clerk.You have a sales orientation and good knowledge of the private customer product range as well as in-depth knowledge of products to cover basic needs.You have good skills in arranging appointments and are experienced in providing customers with sales-oriented advice.You impress with your confident and competent demeanor towards customers and have good sales and communication skills.
