Experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments is a strong advantageProven track record in designing and delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from building models, to creating solutions that integrate data, business logic, and deployment. Excellent coding skills in Python and proficient with modern AI/ML technologies and tools (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, LLMs, agentic AI, …)Experience working with data processing frameworks (e.g., SQL, Spark), cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and collaborative development practices (e.g., Git, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, MLOps)Strong business acumen and the ability to engage confidently with non-technical stakeholders. You excel at translating complex business problems into AI use cases and value-driven prototypesFluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus
