What you’ll doAs a Jr Learning Manager you will be part of our L&D team and you will:Support Learning Experience Partners and Senior Learning & Development Partners in the administration, maintenance and evaluation of HF learning initiatives.Coordinate our product portfolio logistics including employee sign ups, participation list tracking, scheduling, learning surveys.Support with our Learning Management System (LMS) daily tasks administration.Supporting content upload and creation, reporting and data analysis, and continuous improvement.Manage day-to-day employee queries related to the Learning & Development policies and HF offering, as well as L&D provider queries via our Jira ticketing system.

You have great written and verbal communication skills and feel comfortable communicating with a diverse group of stakeholders.You are proactive, able to work independently and as a team player of the L&D Team.
