Job Description
Details of the role and how it fits into the team The team Payments & Cardssupports the 24/7 operations for Private Bank Germany. We have a multi-location team across the globe. We support all Card based transactions (Chip & PIN - ATM, Point of Sale, Card Authorization) including internal and external provides. We are looking to strengthen our team with application support professionals based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Your key responsibilitiesSupport activities for service operations, such as troubleshooting, incident management, and service deliveryActively contribute towards the resolution of incidents and problems within the team and oversee the resolution of complex incidentsCollaborate with customer support services, other support teams and relevant functions to resolve escalated issues properly and quickly
Responsibilities + Skills
Domain knowledge of private banking and card-based systems (ATM, POS, acquiring and issuing) desirableWorking knowledge of established tools, such as ServiceNow, Confluence, and JIRA

Experience
Experience with multiple technology stacks (e.g., IBM mainframe-based applications, Microservice Architecture, Cloud Computing)
