Rogers in seeking a Manager, Capital Programs, this individual will have responsibility for financial planning, coordination, tracking and management of activities in alignment with residential business plan. This role facilitates cross-functional coordination and communication between business units and functional representatives within a complex, matrixed corporate environment. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Planning & Analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities & skills
Assist in regular meetings for cross business unit leaders supporting the execution of the program to ensure effective communication and coordination.Be a key finance resource to support any future transformation and/or large scale program efforts/events.
Education
Provide interface between residential teams (Product, Content, Marketing & Sales) and various network, finance and business groups.Collect, analyze and maintain financial forecast/budget.Ensure all actions, dependencies and risks are understood and highlight any potential omissions, duplications, discrepancies, etc.Support development of cost models to ensure capital funding is sufficient and supports forecasting and cost analysis.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation as required.
