The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the execution of activities performed by Technicians and external vendors to ensure that work is performed in accordance to established processes and practices and is in compliant with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection. In addition to people leadership responsibilities, the Maintenance Team Lead also performs and delivers preventative and corrective maintenance.
Responsibilities + Skills
Develops work schedules and gives work assignments to team members.Performs audits on repairs done by teams.
Education
Oversees the proper application and execution of processes and practices to ensure achievement of and adherence to all requirements.
