Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Owner and Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant. In this position you will:Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeedFollow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipmentRecruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operationPromote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understandingManage inventory and ordering
