The Labour and Employee Relations Specialist is a key member of the Human Resources team who will utilize their solid conflict resolution, negotiation and relationship building skills to collaborate with key leadership and union partners on a number of labour and employee relations initiatives and processes.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or in a related discipline (preferably HR/Labour Relations);Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience with a strong focus on Labour Relations;

performance, attendance management and other conflict situations;Experience in preparing for, presenting and representing an organization at grievances;Experience in preparing for and representing an organization at mediation, rights-arbitration, interest-arbitration, Ontario Human Rights Commission hearings, and Ontario Labour Relations Board hearings;Experience in preparing for and participating in contract negotiations;
