The specialist will drive awareness and skill development across departments, managing training logistics, enhancing the Cyber Academy, and creating pathways for career growth in cybersecurity. Responsibilities:Cyber Awareness and Literacy:Design and implement targeted cybersecurity awareness campaigns and assess their effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.Develop engaging materials, such as e-learning modules, presentations, and interactive workshops, to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.Partner with Subject Matter Experts to embed cybersecurity messages into corporate communications and tailor content to the needs of various departments.Conduct regular assessments of employees’ cybersecurity knowledge, identifying areas for improvement and updating content accordingly.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and inspire a culture of cybersecurity.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and common cyber threats, particularly in the financial industry.Experience in instructional design, with proficiency in e-learning tools and familiarity with cybersecurity.
