Join Super C and contribute to delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through your coordination expertise.What we have to offer you:- Favorable pension plan- Competitive salary based on experience- Annual bonus- Personal and family group insurance program- Opportunities for advancement within the company-A dynamic, customer-service-oriented work environment-Weekly payYour responsibilities as Grocery Coordinator:- Plans and coordinates the activities of a team of grocery clerks according to the objectives established by the manager and in compliance with the collective agreement in force.- Supervises employees from other departments (e.g., bakery, meat, fruits & vegetables, etc.) and ensures compliance with all store closing standards.- Ensures that the store is ready to receive customers with regard to the quantity of merchandise, product labeling, rotation of perishable goods and orders for missing products.- Ensures compliance with planogram marketing guidelines.- Submits a daily report on evening operations to the department manager or store manager.- Ensures compliance with company policies (receiving, security, consumption of goods, breakage of goods, handling of goods, etc.) and hygiene, sanitation, health and safety standards at work.- Oversees the reception, training and evaluation of evening grocery clerks.
