Carries out various Waiter / Attendant duties in designated outlet on assigned shift. Includes requisitioning daily requirements of stock, providing Food and Beverage services to customers. Train subordinates to ensure effective capability development.Main Dutieso Takes over duties from outgoing shift. Includes sufficient number of waiters are available, ascertaining number of customers, outstanding orders and bills, checking on kitchen attendance during night shift and informing the Duty Officer and ensuring the restaurant area is clean and tidy and that tables are properly set.o Conducts daily staff briefing to insure operations are run efficiently and staff is aware of promotions.o Welcoming customers and directing to tables, ensuring entitled passengers are in possession of appropriate vouchers in transit restaurants, taking orders and passing to kitchen and bar, ensuring meals are well presented and customers are properly served.
