Full job descriptionA leading Company in the Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Sr. Technician (Air Conditioning) with knowledge of MEP & Civil works tooJob Responsibilities:Should be able to perform routine and PPM tasks and ensure the efficient and safe operation of HVAC systems.With a minimum supervision, he should be able to diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, then performing the appropriate HVAC system repairs.Recharging refrigerant levels, checking for leaks, and ensuring the refrigerant cycle is functioning correctly in air conditioning, and refrigeration systemsPerforming replacement of compressors, energy-efficiency upgrades, like installing smart thermostats. Should be able to prepare estimates at a short time.Explaining maintenance procedures to customers and providing recommendations for system upgrades or replacementsMaintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service calls Knowledge of the fundamentals of how residential air conditioning equipment operate and function and able to repair the compressors would be an added advantage. Skills and knowledge in other areas like MEP & Civil would be preferable.

Solid communication and excellent customer service skillsProficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and work plans2. Possess High School Diploma or equivalent.3. Preferred minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in relevant field.
