Restaurant General ManagerA Restaurant General Manager has the overall responsibility of for directing the daily operations of the venue which includes overseeing the 185-cover restaurant, sushi bar, and pool deck. Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas, including customer relations, team management, recruiting and retaining team members, financial accountability and ensuring the highest quality services are delivered to each guest.
