Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Foreman to supervise and manage shop floor operations in our steel fabrication (cut & bend) facility.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in rebar processing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities + Skills
- 35 years of experience preferred in a similar role within steel fabrication- Good knowledge of:Rebar grades, sizes, and shapesCutting and bending machinerySteel reinforcement processes- Strong verbal communication skills to guide and instruct workers
Education
- Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical or related field) preferred- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or production (cut & bend / steel fabrication environment)
