Job Description
To conduct field surveys, fixing of building, sites, co-ordinate & boundaries.ResponsibiltiesConducts surveys on land sites and propertiesExamines previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracyUses equipment and tools to accurately measure land features (e.g. longitudes, latitudes)Builds maps, sketches, and chartsSupervises and provide guidance to field staffMaintains all survey equipment.
Responsibilities + Skills
Working knowledge of GPS and GIS Good mathematical and analytical skills, and a good eye for measurements. Tech savvy, including familiarity with CAD software Attention to detail
Education
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred with related field certification. Previous experience (minimum 2-5 years) as a surveyor or in a similar role with good operating knowledge of latest survey equipments including total station etc.
