Job Description

Responsibilities: Monitors and Maintains networks and servers, system performance, security (access, firewalls, anti-virus etc.) of IT infrastructures. Upgrades, installs/ uninstalls, repair, recover, configures new and existing hardware and software to meet requirements for both new and existing users. Assists teams in bringing in quotation of IT products for purchase, negotiating best price. Ensures, backup of all system is carried out on a regular basis, ensuring regular file archival & purge as necessary with appropriate approvals. Ensures installation and update of Biometric/ Attendance System in required locations making sure respective users are trained in using the system along with extracting the reports for HR & Management. Training storekeeper/ other staff on the right way of use of biometric devise and process of reporting.
