Responsibilities + Skills
Managing the projects and systems as a part of HR Digitalization agenda (RAMCO HCM and e-HR integration).Onboard the new joiners / status changes and leavers in HR Central Data base (e-HR).
Education
Initial processing and supporting recruitment team with the offer preparation.Preparation of contracts.DHL ID Creation and New Joiner announcements to arrange the logistics (IT email.).
