Full job descriptionA leading Company in the Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ for the position Civil Site Engineer.Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the finishing phases of civil construction projects. To work closely with subcontractors and other project stakeholders to ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards, within budget, and on time.Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate the finishing phases of civil construction projects that includes but not limited to Flooring, Ceilings, Walls, Doors and windows, Trim and moldings, Painting, Wallpaper Tile, Decorative details etcDevelop and implement project plans and schedulesManage and monitor project in detailLiaise with subcontractors and other project stakeholdersConduct quality inspections and ensure that all work meets project specificationsIdentify and resolve potential problems or delaysMaintain project records and documentationComply with all safety regulations
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision especially in finishing worksProven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
