Job Description
About the role:Due to a strong pipeline of work, across residential, commercial, healthcare and retail, we are looking out for a Supervisor (Foreman) with a strong focus on fitout and finishes. The position will be based on site, at either the Melbourne Airport project or the Craigieburn Community Hospital project. As a Supervisor, you will review construction work and provide expert, technical input on applicable compliance requirements, investigating and proactively recommend improvements to ensure delivery in accordance with relevant standards and within agreed timeframe and budgetary parameters. You will also be expected to recommend changes to construction processes to facilitate continuous improvement and ensure the best approach to Construction and Engineering projects.
