In this role, you'll guide and mentor Salesforce developers and admins, collaborating with the Salesforce architect to ensure solution quality through code reviews and check-ins. Your focus will be on continuous improvement and best practices, identifying technical improvements, gaps and upgrades and minimizing tech debt.Your expertise in designing and building scalable, reusable frameworks, guidance on security best practices, integration patterns, coding standards and troubleshooting will be crucial. You’ll provide ongoing support, stay updated on new Salesforce features, and recommend process improvements. Additionally, managing Salesforce releases, environments, data migrations and being the key escalation point for any technical issues.
