We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality and Compliance Consultant to join the team. The ideal candidate would be a SME in the workers compensation claims process and thrive on identifying continuous improvement opportunities. This is a permanent role open to candidates across all major cities in Australia.You’ll work through quality assurance reviews to provide insights and recommendations to improve our claim practice and outcomes. Reporting into the Quality and Compliance Team Lead, you will work closely to provide insights and recommendations with a focus on continuous improvement and uplifting technical capability across the team. This role is pivotal in growing our risk maturity and actively identify instances of non-compliance within set risk and regulatory standards.
