Well established Utilities organization looking for an experienced Organizational Change ManagerYour new role Lead the end-to-end change management scoping, planning, and delivery, operating within a complex, multi-year transformation environment.In collaboration with the project team, design and deliver a comprehensive change program to support core systems and operating model changes.Identify and analyse key stakeholders and stakeholder groups, assess and classify change impacts, and design targeted engagement, communication, and mitigation strategies to proactively manage change risk.Work closely with business analysts, solution designers, and business stakeholders to identify business change impacts, conduct gap analysis, and ensure organisational implications are fully understood.
