In this role you will,Work with Product, Architecture, and senior stakeholders to define strategic technical approachesDesign and develop complex, scalable solutions across multiple Salesforce instancesChampion best practice development and architectural standardsLead the modernisation, support, and upgrade of key Salesforce systemsOversee technical quality through code reviews, solution walkthroughs, and best practice adoptionGuide teams in implementing robust testing strategies in collaboration with Quality EngineersMentor and coach developers at all levelsDefine and maintain technical standards, development guidelines, and architectural principlesLead technical design sessions and oversee solution deliveryDrive the creation of technical documentation and reusable assetsEnsure documentation supports future scalability and cross-team understandingDesign, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or other GitHub-integrated toolsEnsure code is automatically tested, reviewed, and deployed through structured workflows from development to production
