Your new roleYou will be required to:Negotiate, prepare, and implement existing and new leases (licences)Negotiate short term tenancy arrangementsSupervising valuations and renewal processesCollaborate with management in forecasting and developing budgets and costingsSourcing new business and tenants while continually developing relationships with existing tenants and relevant stakeholdersProvide advice and assist with property strategy & new developmentsCommunicate and liaise with tenants, Statutory Authorities, consultants, contractors, and the publicMonitor compliance of all tenants

Strong understanding of the property marketSkills in strategic property planning and developmentA motivated attitude with the ability to work autonomously and problem solve
Education
Tertiary qualifications in a property related field is advantageousExceptional communication & negotiation skills being fundamental to the position
