Purpose of the roleThe Microsoft Platform Administrator role is primarily responsible for the technical administration of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server and Azure/M365 including Microsoft compatible infrastructure and business applications with an emphasis on robust and effective security controls.Provide technical administration, upgrades, patching for Microsoft server and cloud infrastructure, the supporting virtualisation/networking/storage and associated business applicationsEnsure optimal operation/function of Microsoft based platforms and the supporting virtualisation/networking/storage infrastructure
