Downer's Road Services business, DM Roads, is one of the largest non-government owned road services businesses in Australia. We operate from a network of over 50 depots and maintain more than 33,000 km of road.We are seeking Incident Management Officers to join our team who work on the Citylink contract based out of our Southbank office . The primary duties of this role are to respond to disruptions and incidents on the Citylink network. You will be responsible for ensuring incidents are managed effectively and promptly to reduce disruptions to the road network and to improve the safety of responders and motorists.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGCurrent MR LicenceTow truck licence highly desirableCurrent Traffic Control ticket and experience on Truck Mounted Attenuator (Preferred)Previous incident response experience ideal however not essentialExperience in Maintenance and construction equipment experience highly desirableA strong commitment to a Zero Harm cultureAbility to work in a team environment.Willingness to work overtime when requiredBasic computer skills
