An exciting opportunity has become available for an energetic Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, primarily based at our contemporary villages at Bellflower and Hibiscus Chancellor Park. With your personable and driven nature, you will play an active role in the village and ensuring the continued success of our Health and Wellbeing program for our residents. The Role:Assist with the design and delivery of high-quality, Health and Wellbeing initiatives within our independent living villagesEvaluate initiatives and activities against customer key performance indicators (KPI’s).Collate, analyse, evaluate, and present data on the health and wellbeing program for reporting and continuous improvementDevelop relationships with Home Care and Community care providers, Aged Care and Allied Health professionals.Develop a documentation and recording system which ensures compliance with privacy legislationProvide exceptional customer service to our residents and demonstrate your initiative in promoting our Health and Wellbeing program.
