Job Description
As a Chapter Lead, your role is two-fold where you will combine your deep expertise in change management / delivery / coaching and ways of working in leadership roles partnering with Group Owners to deliver against their OKRs using Telstra’s ways of working along with people leadership. You leverage your deep expertise to lead a Chapter team of specialists responsible for planning, leading, executing and supporting the outcomes of missions, key results (of OKRs), projects or large programs of work within and across functions and/or ambitions in agile ways of working. You will bring experience and expertise in one or more of the below capabilities:

Create transparency over project investment portfolio and provide trusted portfolio data and reporting from Source data platformsDesign and embed Belong's standards and toolset for project accounting
Education
Establish, embed, and optimise the end-to-end Portfolio governance approach (specific focus on value driven KPIs and reporting, estimation, agile and waterfall, proof of concepts, supply and demand)
