Downer Utilities has recently been awarded a new contract by Unitywater valued at $600 million over an initial 5-year term. Commencing May 2024, Downer will be responsible for delivering capital works for the water, sewerage and recycled water networks within the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay regions, as well as works across Unitywater’s 17 sewerage treatment plants in the Sunshine Coast, Noosa and Moreton Bay regions.As a leading provider of water and wastewater services to millions of residents and businesses along Australia’s East Coast, Downer is proud to be playing a major part in south-east Queensland growth by delivering vital water services that connect communities and enable them to thrive.We’re now recruiting key roles to support this long-term, high-value contract that will significantly expand the delivery of our services across the south-east Queensland region.THE ROLEThe Contract Administrator is an embedded program resource providing governance, contract management, financial management and subcontractor management support across to the program.
