Job Description

As the Civil Supervisor you will oversee a range of projects and act as the key interface between the onsite contractors and the project team. To do this you will be responsible for liaising with the onsite contractors to ensure their programme and schedule of works is in line with the agreed project timelines, inspect and identify quality issues including non-conformance whilst ensuring that best safe work practices are adhered to. What you'll need to succeedTo be successful you will have:Demonstrated experience delivering large scale infrastructure or mining projectsCivil/Structural/Construction backgroundProven ability to supervise, manage and delegate accordinglyGood Knowledge across Australian Standards and Legislations within the construction IndustryUnderstanding of Safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures
