Job Purpose: Emirates SkyCargo is a world-class air cargo carrier, with a vast network of destinations, cutting-edge facilities, and a focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. Network Planning Controller will design, lead and execute an international express and courier network, including benchmarking against world class operational standards. You will conceptualise and facilitate business process improvement projects and will design, establish and enhance operational performance standards and measurement techniques. In this role, you will: - Conceptualise and establish operational quality performance standards in line with the division’s mission to achieve strategic objectives and world class benchmarks. You will design, maintain, and enhance operational network performance measurement methods for the division to assess, maintain and enhance current levels of efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience: To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements: - Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a business administration related subject; qualification in industrial engineering is preferred. - Extensive experience in global express/courier/cargo network management. - Experience in fields related to productivity improvement,
