Job Description:   Responsible for the Program’s fraud prevention strategy and the processes and procedures necessary to mitigate risk;Responsible for training all Program employees annually in fraud prevention;Develop and implement financial, administrative and operational management systems and processes necessary to support the implementation of the Program;Develop and implement financial and operational process improvement plans to improve cost-effectiveness and efficiency;

Manage Program start-up and close-out and support annual work planning and budgeting processes;

Provide concise and timely financial reports that provide an overview of the financial status of the Program;
