An ideal candidate must have three to five years of experience in a managerial role within the Food & Beverage industry (specifically in reservations or revenue management). Certifications in Revenue Management, Hospitality, and experience Food & Beverage operations will be an advantage.  Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue across all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and catering services.Collaborate with F&B Sales Manager and Events TeamMonitor and analyze revenue performance, comparing actuals to forecasts and budgets, and take corrective action as necessary to meet or exceed targets.Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to create promotional campaigns that drive traffic and increase revenue.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities for revenue growth.

Ensure that all guest interactions with the reservations team are handled professionally, ensuring a positive experience from booking to post-dining feedback.
