We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales of welding products and solutions, including welding JIG, MIG and laser welding equipment, consumable safety tools, and welding-related accessories. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in welding technologies and proven expertise in B2B industrial sales.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies for welding solutions, with a focus on JIG welding, MIG welding, and laser welding technologies.Identify and target potential clients in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, construction, and heavy machinery.Promote and sell a full range of welding consumables and safety tools, ensuring customer requirements and safety standards are met.Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations related to welding accessories and applications.Build and manage a high-performing sales team and oversee regional or national sales targets.Conduct market analysis and stay updated on trends in welding technologies and competitor activities.Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with consumable safety tools used in welding operations.Solid understanding of welding accessories, their applications, and client needs.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of welding equipment, consumables, or accessories.
