Full job descriptionDriven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it's umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker's, Grind, Somewhere and Public.We currently have a open position for a Brand Manager who will be supporting existing teams as well as building new teams as part of pre-opening.Responsibilities:carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trendsdeveloping strategies and managing marketing campaigns across Food and beverage department , broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brandsanalyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reportssupervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in brandingmeeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as marketing assistants, marketing managers , Operations Department and Creative Department)

organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
