Some of the key responsibilities include:Conducting Inductions and orientations at Group levelMaintaining L&D calendars, documentation and reportsFacilitating workshops at Head OfficeSupporting with group-wide initiatives such as talent reviews, career paths etc.Support the creation of content - offline and online

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 4+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally with experience creating content for online learning. Alongside a passion for learning, excellent English communication skills are essential.
