In this role, you will be the face of our parts business, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving parts sales, revenue growth, and customer retention. You will work closely with customers, service teams, and workshop operations to ensure timely parts availability and seamless service delivery.

Good knowledge of automotive parts and aftersales operations.Ability to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and system updates.Proficiency in SAP, Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC), and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
