The position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, stock availability, and a well-organized back store, facilitating smooth store operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. Success in this role is measured by adherence to performance standards, including attendance, task completion, accuracy, and compliance with safety procedures.

Participate in stock counts, cycle counts, stock checks, and investigations of discrepancies.Scan or record stock movements accurately using the store's approved system and procedures.Ensure merchandise is placed in the correct location and report unidentified or misplaced stock.Follow procedures for damaged, defective, returned, or quarantined goods.
