The role involves driving sales to meet targets by utilizing effective selling techniques and demonstrating strong product knowledge. Success in this role requires attentiveness to customer needs, maintaining product availability and accurate pricing, and contributing to store presentations and events. Collaborating closely with internal teams, the assistant optimizes store operation and supports seamless customer interactions.What You Will Do:Customer ServiceProvide a high level of customer service both internal and external.Assist and advise customers in a professional manner regarding product categories.  Product KnowledgeActively learn product uses and benefits to effectively advise customers.Drive sales through add-on sales and product recommendations.  

Comply with in-store procedures regarding pricing and ticketing.Prevent loss related to incorrect pricing by ensuring accurate and visible product pricing.
