DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking an Associate Program Manager to support in the expansion of our Everyday Essentials (EE) streams across locales and product categories, with focus on selection, marketing, product mechanisms. This role will be pivotal in driving the growth of our EE business, improving customer acquisition, and enhancing our selection framework.Key job responsibilities1. Selection Strategy:Drive efforts across teams to streamline selection trackingAnalyze, evaluate and optimize selection streams for EE targeting both in Consumables and Non-Consumables business.Build automated selection identification mechanisms2. Marketing and Customer funnel Excellence:Work with marketing teams across locales to create tracking mechanisms for EE marketing initiativesDrive parity in marketing effectiveness across categoriesUnderstand the customer funnel and drive opportunity analysisDevelop marketing playbooks for NonCL EE items

Support on adoption of successful programs that are critical to EE and drive adoption in new teamsOversee technical implementation of program mechanismsEnsure seamless integration with existing systemsMeasure and optimize program performance
