From 2025 in MEATR region, we dedicate a single-threaded leader (Space SME) along with one Space Management Lead in each of the five countries to standardize and improve our space management strategy in the region.The team of MEATR Space Management will lead the continuous improvement initiative and take care all the KTLO (Keep The Lights On) configuration changes for any space management related topics.At Amazon, Space management in FCs refers to “the strategic and efficient utilization of available storage capacity to optimize inventory storage and operations”.
